Sound the Alarm!

Today is Election Day and already the stories are flowing about election fraud, dysfunctional voting machines and dysfunctional poll operators. I have heard the stories about fake campaign calling, voter intimidation, and I wonder will tomorrow be the brighter day we seek or will we be sitting in stunned silence as another election is rigged by the Republican Regime or will dawn finally break. I used to watch previous elections with some interest, but since 2000 I have grown increasingly activist about the shape our country is in and the direction we are headed. Never have I witnessed such a divisive administration, never have I witnessed such disregard for our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. And I am shocked that the congress has rolled over allowing this Crazy King George to continue unchecked, drafting a fascist regime right under our noses. Of course the pundits would call this conspiracy theory to undermine the credibility of allegations brought to the public’s attention. But read, that is all you have to do. Read about what this administration has done, read the laws that have passed, look at the number of Signing Statements this President has used to justify his warped view of the legislation he approves. It’s time to wake up, it’s time to get angry, it’s time to stop sitting by and watching our country be hijacked by corrupt, greedy, power-hungry terrorists sitting comfortably numb in their White House offices. It’s time to sound the alarm!
